Driscoll Receives Numerous Regional and National Accolades
MILTON, Mass. - In addition to being named as New England Football Conference (NEFC) Boyd Division Defensive Player of the Year for the second year in a row, linebacker Scott Driscoll (North Andover, Mass.) has received four additional honors, including National All-American.

The senior team captain was named as a National All-American by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA). Regionally, Driscoll was named as a New England Football Writers (NEFW) Association Division II/III All-Star and an ECAC Division III Northeast All-Star. He also earned d3football.com All-East Region Second Team Defense honors.

Driscoll established a school record with four interceptions and 134 interception return yards at Western New England College on September 26. For the season, he had a team-leading nine interceptions and 257 interception return yards. Driscoll returned three of his nine picks for touchdowns. He also led the Colonels with 80 total tackles (59 solo).
