MILTON, Mass. - Curry College senior Zach Walker (Hingham, Mass.) has been named as Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Pitcher of the Week for the period ending April 14, 2013.

Walker was stellar in relief during the Colonels’ 4-1, 10-inning victory over Gordon. Walker earned a victory after tossing the game’s final 6-1/3 innings, allowing just two singles and two walks, while striking out three. At one point, Walker retired 12 consecutive Gordon batters.
