Caspariello served a two-year stint as Assistant Sports Information Director at Regis College, assisting in coverage of the Pride's 21 varsity programs. In his second season at Regis, he was part of the staff named Great Northeast Athletic Conference Athletic Communications Staff of the Year.
Casparriello spent two years as an intern for the Sports Information Director at Worcester State University, earning the Rich Korzec Athletic Service Award for exemplary service to the university’s athletic department in 2020.
Before graduating from Worcester State University with a bachelor's degree in communication in 2020, Casparriello spent three years as a defensive end on the Lancer’s football team, where he was a two-time Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference All-Academic Team selection. In 2019, he was selected to the Merc Morris Worcester Area All-Star Team and earned a spot on the MASCAC Fall All-Sportsmanship Team. He also received the Joseph R. Mewhiney Central Massachusetts Chapter of the National Football Foundation College Scholar-Athlete Award the same year.
Casparriello graduated from Regis College with a master's degree in strategic communication in May 2023.
