BIDDEFORD, Maine - Four Curry College fall student-athletes earned weekly awards from the Commonwealth Coast Conference on Monday afternoon.

The Curry football team had a pair of honorees, as sophomore running back Montie Quinn (Goose Creek, S.C.) was named the CCC Offensive Player of the Week and freshman quarterback Michael Moriarty (Rockland, Mass.) was named Offensive Rookie of the Week. From the women's and men's soccer teams, senior Shannon Folan (Hudson, Mass.) and junior Lucas Drons (Bellingham, Mass.) were each named their respective sports' Offensive Player of the Week.

Quinn went off for 259 rushing yards and three touchdowns in Curry's thrilling 48-46 win over Nichols on Saturday afternoon. He averaged 8.1 yards per carry in Curry's come-from-behind victory, and also caught two passes for 48 yards.

Moriarty orchestrated a 99-yard game-winning touchdown drive to lead the Colonels to the win in the final seconds at Walter M. Katz Field. He went 14-for-24 with 220 yards and three touchdowns in the win, while also rushing for 15 yards.

Folan netted a pair of goals in Curry's 3-0 win in their regular season finale against Wentworth on Tuesday. The win helped Curry jump into the six-seed in the CCC Tournament.

Drons factored into three of Curry's four goals on Tuesday in a 4-1 win over Wentworth in the regular season finale. He notched two goals and an assist in the win.

Folan and Moriarty each earn CCC weekly honors for the first time. Drons was also the CCC Offensive Player of the Week on October 2, while Quinn was also CCC Offensive Player of the Week on September 18.
