GREENWOOD, Ind. - Ten members of the Curry College women's and men's soccer teams were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team on Tuesday afternoon.
Representing the men's soccer team were seniors Morgan Estrella (West Tisbury, Mass.), Ean McGonigle (Rehoboth, Mass.), Adam Pforr (Weymouth, Mass.), and JD Santiago (La Plata, Md.).
On the women's side, seniors Avery Ewell (Marshfield, Mass.), Shannon Folan (Hudson, Mass.), Madison Frye (Abington, Mass.), Lexi LaPerle (Gales Ferry, Conn.), Maddie Resendes (Coventry, R.I.), and Sydney Resendes (Coventry, R.I.) all took home the honor.

Outstanding student-athletes are nominated for Academic All-District recognition by athletic communications directors and must have a minimum 3.50 grade point average and meet high athletic standards.
