SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Curry College senior captain Zach White (Milford, Conn.) has been named as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Week for the sport of men's ice hockey, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

White helped the Colonels pick up two conference wins this weekend as the team swept Wentworth in CCC play. White scored five points this week on four goals and one assist. He started the week by potting an empty-netter to seal the Friday night victory on Senior Night, 3-1. He then netted three goals (two on the power play) and added an assist as Curry ran away with a 9-5 win on Saturday. He finished the week with a plus-five rating.

White and the Colonels (13-6-3 overall, 8-4-2 CCC) return to action on Friday, February 8 at home against Western New England at 6:50 p.m.
