BOSTON, Mass. – The Curry College Women's Cross Country team finished 21st at the Emmanuel College Saints Invitational (Franklin Park) on Friday afternoon.

Curry was led by freshman Karlee Walkowiak (Whitingham, Vt.) who placed 112th with a time of 26:55.  Walkowiak was followed by senior Caitlyn De Serres (Barre, Vt.) who placed 125th with a time of 30:31.  Following De Serres were freshmen Nikki Terapane (Meriden, Conn.), 31:08 (127th) and Audrey Swope (Marlton, N.J.), 32:48 (133rd), seniors Christina Garcia (Bayville, N.Y), 33:35, (134th) and Dawn Martinsen (Duxbury, Mass.), 33:53 (136th) and sophomore Danielle Gagnon (Agawam, Mass.), 34:21 (137th).

Curry heads to the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championships (Univ. of New England) on October 28, time TBD.
