SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Curry College softball team has gained entry into the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship Tournament as the No. 6 seed and will host seventh-seeded Nichols College in a play-in game on Friday, April 27 at 3:00 p.m.

Eighth-seeded Gordon will travel to No. 5 seed the University of New England for the second play-in game, which will occur on Friday, April 27 at 3:00 p.m.

Endicott is the tournament's top seed and moves into the double-elimination along with Eastern Nazarene, Western New England, and Salve Regina, who round out the top four seeds in the Championship field.

The winner of the 2018 CCC Softball Tournament will be named the CCC Tournament Champion and will earn the league's automatic qualifier into the 2018 NCAA Division III Softball Championship Tournament.
