SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Chris Bronander (Glen Ridge, N.J.) of the Curry College men's lacrosse has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Defensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Bronander scooped up 13 ground balls in the Colonels' CCC win over Salve Regina in its regular-season finale. Bronander also caused three turnovers in the 13-9 win. The win landed Curry the No. 3 seed in the CCC Tournament.
