SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Curry College freshman Mic Curran (Arlington, Mass.) has been named as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) men's ice hockey Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Curry earned his first collegiate points with a goal and an assist in Curry's 3-2 victory over Buffalo State. The win gave the Colonels the Buffalo State Bengals Classic title. Curran's assist was on the game-winning goal and his goal came on the power play.

Curran and the Colonels open conference play on Friday, November 2 at Becker at 7:00 p.m.
