Reedy is in his fourth season (2021-22) as the Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator of the Curry College men's basketball program.

He took over the lead assistant job after two years as an assistant coach at Wheelock College.

In his first season with the Colonels, Reedy implemented study hall sessions in conjunction with Academic Services, which led to the first 3.0 team grade point average in program history. In addition, he was in charge of designing Adidas gear packages for all student-athletes and coaches. Reedy also played a key part in recruiting 12 student-athletes as a part of the Class of 2023. Reedy also plays an integral part in all parts of the program including scouting, recruiting, and on-court coaching. He also maintains the video database of all games through Synergy and develops scouting reports from the film.

During his two-year stint on the staff at Wheelock, Reedy was instrumental in helping the program reach new heights. In his first season, he helped the Wildcats to a 12-14 overall record in 2016-17, earning the programs' first home playoff game since 2012. Off the court, Reedy created scouting reports, collaborated with the Head Coach to develop game-day and recruiting strategies and mentored student-athletes in their on-and-off court development. Following the '16-'17 season, he was promoted to Associate Head Coach. In the new role, Reedy continued his regular duties and added a few more, including maintaining the video database for all games through Hudl and Synergy. Reedy helped develop and recruit student-athletes, including multiple New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Rookie of the Week winners and Player of the Week winners.

Reedy also has experience as the Head Coach of Rise Above Basketball in Boston in 2019. He mentored the youth on self-confidence, building trust with teammates, friendly competition, and personal growth.

As a student-athlete at Wheelock, Reedy was a member of the men's basketball team from 2013-16. He also played one year at New England College in Henniker, N.H. During his time at Wheelock, he served as a team captain and holds all-time program records in field-goal percentage in a season and a career. Reedy graduated from Wheelock in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
