MILTON, Mass. - Curry College freshman placekicker/punter Marc Mrozek (Stratford, Conn.) has been named as New England Football Conference (NEFC) Co-Special Teams Player of the Week for the week ending on September 19.

Mrozek kept Anna Maria at bay all day in Curry's 23-16 win. The freshman punted six times for a 43.2 yard average and a long of 50 yards. He placed two inside the 20 and proved to be a dual threat as he also converted all three PAT's he attempted.

The visiting Colonels (1-2) defeated Anna Maria, 23-16, for their first win of the season.
