Bandini and Yule Will Coach North Team in 2014 D3 Senior Classic

MILTON, Mass. – Curry College Head Coach Skip Bandini and Assistant Coach Dick Yule have been selected as coaches for the North Team in the 2014 D3 Senior Classic to be held on December 20 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The D3 Senior Classic is the second game in a four-game bowl series called the National Scouting Showcase (NSS). The Euro-American Challenge is played on the Friday the 19th then the D3 Senior Classic (12:30 Kickoff) is the first of a tripleheader on Saturday the 20th, followed by the D2 vs. NAIA Challenge (3:30 Kickoff) and the FCS Senior Scout Bowl (7:30 Kickoff). The entire two-day event will feature more than 320 players from NAIA to Division I as well as free agents.

The Senior Classic was developed by former D3 players and is exclusively dedicated to showcase the top Division III football players in the country. Going into its fifth year, this game has been highly successful and is undoubtedly the premier post-season scouting opportunity for all of D3 Football. It has attracted the best football players D3 football has to offer for the past three years, boasting rosters that are consistently 82% All-Americans.

Bandini previously coached in the 2011 D3 Senior Classic, leading the North Team to a 27-14 victory.
