DANBURY, Conn. – Curry College junior pitcher David Griffin (Hanover, Mass.) has been named an All-Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England selection. This marks the second honor awarded to Griffin as he was named a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) First Team selection on May 4.

Griffin has made 12 appearances on the hill for the Colonels this season, tallying a record of 3-5 with three saves and five complete games. He has tossed 67.1 innings and struck out 53 batters while only walking 21. He posted an earned run average of 2.00, which ranked fourth in the conference. He also ranks in the top five of the conference in strikeouts and saves. He is placed fifth overall with 53 K's and ended the season tied for third in saves with three.
