WENHAM, Mass. – The Curry College women's cross country team ran three in the Pop Crowell Invitational at Gordon College on Saturday morning. Though five runners are needed to place, the Colonel runners continue to push their results forward.
Leading the team was Haley Covillion (Bellow Falls, Vt.) who finished 52nd with a time of 30:35. Next for the Colonels was Karina Murcia (Culver City, Calif.), placing at 63 with a 32:48 time. Next for Curry was Kelsie Rainone (Plainville, Mass.), whose 35:56 time put her at spot 76. Covillian's 8:12 average mile is a 13 second improvement over her first race of the year.
