Women's Tennis Ends Season With Loss To Bentley

WALTHAM, Mass. – The Curry College women's tennis team fell to Division II opponent Bentley University by a 7-0 final in non-league action in the final match of the season.

Bentley (5-14 overall) dominated the contest, sweeping through the top two doubles spots and winning the third via a default.

The Falcons continued momentum into singles play, sweeping all six matches. No Bentley student-athlete dropped more than one game in any set as the home squad took the singles points at No. 1 through No. 5. With only five players, the Colonels defaulted the match at No. 6 to give Bentley the shut out.

The loss ends the season for Curry (0-20 overall, 0-7 CCC).
