DoCarmo enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Curry College women’s soccer team in 2021. Her experience spans the club, college, and high school level. She comes to Curry after serving as the head coach of the South Shore Select Soccer Club in Hingham from 2010 through 2017 and is currently the co-regional manager/head coach at FC Stars of Massachusetts South Shore region since 2018. 

DoCarmo has also been involved with Kick it USA, South Shore Select Soccer Club, Rockland High School, Massasoit Community College, Pembroke High School, and Scorpions Soccer Club in coaching and director roles.

Her playing experience began at Rockland High School where she was a member of the junior varsity squad from 2004-2007 and then was elevated to varsity in 2007 through 2009. In 2009 she served as a captain. She then went on to a successful collegiate career at Massasoit Community College, where she was a starter and a captain. While at Massasoit, DoCarmo was an All-New England Selection. 

DoCarmo holds an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Massasoit Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University.

She holds an Advanced Regional Diploma from the NSCAA, F & E Coaching License from the USSF, and a National Diploma from the NSCAA.

DoCarmo currently resides in Rockland, Mass. and works with FC Stars South Shore.
