SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Tayla Randall (Walpole, Mass.) of the Curry Women's Soccer team has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon. 

Randall began her collegiate career with a pair of wins as the Colonels knocked off Rhode Island College and Thomas for a 2-0 week. She also recorded her first collegiate goal as she put one away in the Curry's 4-2 win over RIC.

Randall and the Colonels return to the pitch Wednesday when they host Wheaton at 6:30 p.m.
