Lima, Stott Earn All-CCC Women's Soccer Honors

MILTON, Mass.- Seniors Kaitlyn Lima (New Bedford, Mass.) and Morgan Stott ( Dartmouth, Mass.) of the Curry women's soccer team were named to the All-Commonwealth Coast Conference First Team and Third Team, respectively, as announced by the conference Thursday afternoon. The two players have led the Colonels to a 10-7-2 overall record and a 4-4-1 mark in the CCC.

Lima led the Colonels in goals (9), assists (6), points (24) and shots with 73. The senior forward tallied three game-winning goals en route to being named to the All-CCC First Team. Her 26 shots in conference play ranked her third in the league.

Stott is a Third Team selection after the senior goalie played in 18 games for Curry, starting all of them. She has recorded more than 1477 minutes in the net for the Colonels and ranks in the top ten in the conference in games played, minutes played, goals against (12), goals against average (1.41), saves (57), save percentage and wins. Stott has tallied a total of 94 saves this season.

Curry will open CCC Tournament play Saturday at the University of New England for an 11 a.m. start.
