MILTON, Mass. - Several Curry Women's Soccer Alumni attended the 2nd annual Alumni game this past Saturday at Walter M. Katz Field. It was Old School vs. New School as the alumni played the current Curry players in a spirited 9v9 game. Alumni that participated were Hayley Lorge 2014, Ashley Hansbury 2010, Lexsi Hesford 2014, Alayna Coakley 2014, Jen Trama 2008, Karen Mitzcavitch 2005, Sammy Valezis 2011, Fallon Harrison 2011, Tiana Stanton 2014, Miranda Dewling 2000, Emily Keeman 2011, Brooke Moore 2013,Rebecca Johnson 2004.
"One of my goals when I came to Curry in 2012 was to have an annual alumni game", says Curry Head Coach Jason Tassinari. "It's a great opportunity to keep the alumni close to the program, and for my current team to have a sense of who played in the program before them. It's really more about the camaraderie and being together as a Curry Women's Soccer family than the game itself."
