2013 All-CCC Women’s Soccer Teams Announced

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - All 10 member institutions from the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) were represented on the 2013 All-CCC Women's Soccer Team. In addition to the all-conference team, five major individual award winners and a team sportsmanship award winner were also selected.

Roger Williams University senior Katie Lydon was named CCC Offensive Player of the Year, while teammate Jessica Reade (senior) was honored with the CCC Defensive Player of the Year award. Wentworth Institute of Technology freshman Amanda Weinberger was selected as CCC Rookie of the Year, Endicott College senior Sarah Person was tabbed CCC Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Endicott's Jodi Kenyon earned CCC Coach of the Year. Nichols College was the recipient of the Team Sportsmanship Award.

Voting for the All-CCC team and each of the major awards was conducted among CCC women's soccer coaches.

Joining Lydon (midfielder), Person (back), and Reade (midfielder) on the first team were forwards Jessica Joseph (Endicott), Olivia Moore (Wentworth), and Hannah Noel (Roger Williams), midfielders Madison Missinne (Endicott) and Kendra Woudenberg (Gordon College), backs Tory Benoit (Roger Williams) and Julia Miller (Gordon), and goalkeeper Katie Donnelly (Endicott).

Second team selections included forwards Mariah Kaiser (Roger Williams), Taylor McSherry (Gordon), and Jules Speno (Eastern Nazarene College), midfielders LeeAnn Card (Endicott), Hannah Midwinter (Gordon), and Margaret Palmer (University of New England), backs Amelia Gonzales (Eastern Nazarene), Clare Mansfield (Endicott), Lindsey Monaco (University of New England), and Danielle Savoie (Western New England University), and goalkeeper McKenzie Dion (Gordon).

Earning honorable mention were forwards Kaitlyn Hall (University of New England), Kaitlyn Lima (Curry), Erin McCullough (Salve Regina University), Brionna Voight (Western New England), and Laura Wysocki (Endicott), midfielders Bonnie Bousquet (Western New England), Katherine Lawrence (Eastern Nazarene), Morgan Miller (Wentworth), Julie Monroe (Nichols), and Kristen Tetreault (Roger Williams), backs Katelyn Cummings (Western New England), Rachel Perras (Wentworth), Katelyn Pierson (University of New England), and Tiana Stanton (Curry), and goalkeepers Stephanie Jaques (Roger Williams) and Briana Kubik (Western New England).
