Canton, MA - The Curry Women's Hockey team took on UNE on Friday night, and took home a 1-0 win. With the win, the Colonels are now 3-1-0 overall, and 2-1-0 in CNE play. The Nor'easters are now 0-4-0 and 0-3-0.

The lone goal of the game came late in the first period when Rian Faery found Paige Bourgoin, who burried a one-timer. Playing in her 73rd career game, this was Bourgoin's second career goal, her first since her sophomore year.

Coriann Hoag stopped all 16 shots in net, earning her first career shutout. It marked the 10th ever shutout by a goalie in program history.
