NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Curry College Women's Basketball Team was defeated by Saint Vincent College, 79-41, on Day 2 of the Music City Classic in Nashville, Tenn. The Colonels slip to 5-4 on the season, while Saint Vincent improves to 9-1.

Curry was led by junior Kerry White (Windham, N.H.) with nine points and four rebounds. Junior Shannon Griffith (West Hartford, Conn.) contributed six points, five rebounds and six blocks. Freshman Nicole Rice (Woburn, Mass.) had a team-best eight rebounds.

The Colonels resume play on January 6, traveling to league rival Nichols for a 5:30 p.m. contest.
