After spending three years as a volunteer assistant coach with the Curry Men’s Soccer Program and two seasons as a volunteer assistant for the Curry women’s soccer program, Coach Mike Madden returned to join Coach Peter Mendel and men’s soccer program beginning in the 2019 season. 

In Fall 2022, he was elevated to Associate Head Coach for the men's soccer team.

Before Curry, Madden had coached the previous 17 seasons as the boys' varsity soccer coach at Milton High School and was at Milton for 26 years in total. In addition, he is currently the President of the Eastern Mass Boys' Soccer Coaches Association, Coaching Director for the South Shore Select Soccer Club, and works full-time for Verizon.

Coach Madden was the Associate Head Coach for the Boston Rams Men's PDL team that served as the New England Revolution’s U-23 team from 2012-2015 and was a member of the advisory board for the Boston Breakers. His son, Ryan was a defender for the Curry Men's Soccer team from 2013-15, is currently the Athletic Director at Milton High School and his daughter Savannah played for the Curry Women's Soccer team in 2017.

Coach Madden is also currently a Match Director for Major League Soccer and 2019 inductee into the Massachusetts State Coaches Hall of Fame.

Coach Madden currently resides in Milton with his three daughters and two sons.
