Men's Lacrosse Volunteers at Call to Honor Triathlon

BOXFORD, Mass. – The Curry College men's lacrosse team volunteered at the Call to Honor Triathlon in Boxford, Mass. on Sunday, September 9. Team members were in boats during the swim, throughout the course at water stands for the bike and run, and cheering in groups at the finish line handing out fruit and water. The race is held in honor of Rick Cashin, father of graduate Tom Cashin '18 (Boxford, Mass.), who lost his life in the line of duty as a state trooper.

"This is a great event that we have now done for a few years," said Head Coach Tim Murphy. "Every year the Call to Honor staff does a great job with the Cashin family in honoring Mr. Cashin's memory and service to the Boxford Athletic Community."
