Phil Kiss Signs Professional Contract in Europe

MILTON, Mass.  – Phil Kiss, team captain for the Curry hockey team has signed a professional contract with UTE Budapest in the Erste Liga. The league has teams in Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria. Phil is the second player from this year's team to sign a professional contract, following fellow defenseman, Jarret Kup who signed with the Macon Mayhem of the Southern Professional Hockey League. Phil is the 22nd Colonel hockey player to sign a professional contract since 2002.
