Milton, MA - The CNE announced their weekly award winners on Tuesday, and the Curry football team swept them, receiving four recognitions.

Omar Aboutoui was named the Special Teams Player of the Week after a record setting performance, where he tied the school record for longest FG with a 46 yarder, then broke it twice with 48 and 53 yarders. His 53 yard FG is the longest FG made by anyone in DIII this season. He was also named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for his efforts.

Montie Quinn won his third straight Offensive Player of the Week award, racking up 179 yards and a TD on 15 carries. He has not played in the second half in any of the last three games.

Leo Yardumian was named the Defensive Player of the Week, as he led the team with a sack and an interception.

Rounding out the honors was Kareem Chaplin II, who was named the Rookie of the Year. He caught three passes for 41 yards and a TD.
