LEICESTER, Mass. – The Curry College football team picked up a victory over Becker College, 14-6, in Commonwealth Coast Football (CCC Football) play on Saturday afternoon at Alumni Field.

Freshman Evan Damian (East Haven, Conn.) tacked on the extra point to increase the score to 7-0.

Curry added another score to start the second stanza as senior D'Aundray Burcy (Hyde Park, Mass.) capped off a six-play, 20-yard drive with a one-yard rush. With a PAT from Damian, the lead was increased to 14-0.

Becker tallied its first points of the day when freshman Randy Morgan (Spring Hill, Fla.) scampered in from eight yards out to finish off a 14-play, 81-yard series. The two-point conversion pass from sophomore JJ Harrison (Norfolk, Va.) failed, keeping the score at 14-6, the eventual final.
