SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Student-athletes from all nine institutions that sponsor baseball in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) were represented on the 2015 All-CCC Baseball Team. In addition to the all-conference team, winners of five major individual awards and the team sportsmanship award were also selected.

Voting for the All-CCC team and each of the major awards was conducted among CCC baseball coaches.

Four Curry student-athletes earned all-conference honors: Sophomore catcher Nick Crivello (1st Team), senior pitcher Thomas Fitzpatrick (2nd Team), junior outfielder John Arens (3rd Team), and freshman pitcher David Griffin (3rd Team).

Salve Regina freshman Alex Perry was selected CCC Player and Rookie of the Year. Endicott's Nick Quattro was tabbed CCC Pitcher of the Year, while Western New England's Matt Anziano and Gordon's Wesley Arning were honored as CCC Senior Scholar-Athletes of the Year.  Curry's Dave Perdios was chosen as CCC Coach of the Year. Eastern Nazarene College and Western New England University were the recipients of the Team Sportsmanship Award.

Perdios, in his 15th season at Curry, is being recognized by his peers as CCC Coach of the Year for the fourth time (2005, 2007, 2009). Under his veteran leadership, Curry has enjoyed a strong resurgence in 2015 and enters the upcoming CCC Baseball Championship as the number three seed after being selected to finish ninth in the league's annual preseason coaches' poll. One year removed from a 9-24 overall record including 2-14 mark in CCC play, this year's Curry squad enters postseason play with a 19-12 overall mark and a 10-6 showing in the CCC, just two games out of first place.  Perdios enjoyed great success leading the Curry program from 1999 through 2010, winning four CCC regular-season titles and one tournament crown, before taking a two-year hiatus. Perdios also serves as Director of Parks and Recreation for the Town of Milton.
