Medical Clearance Requirements 2025-2026 

 

Below you will find all of the information you need and that is required in order to be cleared for participation for intercollegiate athletics at Curry College. The deadline for completing the sports medicine medical clearance process and submitting pre-participation medical documentation for all sports is: AUGUST 1, 2025

Please note the athletic training staff is out of the office until July 28, 2025. We will begin to update athletes SportsWare Online "Cleared" Status after this date.

 
This process is specific to Curry College Athletics / Sports Medicine and is separate from medical forms required by Curry College Health Services - All questions regarding their process are to be directed to healthservices@curry.edu.
