Curry Student-Athletes: Success in the Classroom and the Community

MILTON, Mass.-- With the recent close of the 2016 fall semester, student-athletes at Curry College continue to succeed in the classroom and in the community.

Of the 377 Curry College student-athletes who were enrolled full-time for the 2016 fall semester, nearly 60 percent attained a grade point average of 3.00 or higher and were involved in nearly twenty different community service outreach events.

Curry College Athletic Director Vinnie Eruzione had this to say about the hardworking and caring members of the Colonels athletic teams. "Curry College prides itself on many things, but the academic success and the ability to give back to the community are among the top achievements of its student-athletes. These student-athletes are being pulled in many directions and their hard work and dedication to themselves, their teams, their coaches and the college does not go unnoticed. Our student- athletes successes would not be possible without the help of our faculty, staff, and all administrators in and out of athletics who go above and beyond to create an environment that enables our student-athletes to succeed."
