In 2016, O’Reilly was named an AVCA All-American for her role as a setter and leader. Head Coach Bori May was O’Reilly's setting trainer during the summers and played a huge reason for her success as a collegiate setter.

O’Reilly is now getting her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Rivier University. O’Reilly’s day job is being a Job Coach for adults with special needs. She hopes to gain experience from her job and eventually open up her own therapy practice.
